About Make it Louud
Make It Loud is an annual movement designed to bring our community together to move, connect, and make a tangible difference for mental health. All donations are made directly to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) through this platform.
We believe that when we show up for one another, we can create something powerful - and this September, we are once again coming together to get outside, stay active, and raise vital funds for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH).
At its heart, this is a community effort. Through our dedicated Strava group, participants connect, form teams, and push toward a collective goal. It is about more than just the kilometers we cover; it is about the connections we make and the support we provide to one another. Over the past seven years, our community has raised over $45,000 for the life-saving work done at CMHA & CAMH, and I’m inviting you to help us build on that momentum again this year.
Whether you are here to join the challenge, support a participant, or make a direct donation, your contribution makes a direct impact. Every step taken and every dollar raised helps CAMH provide the world-class care and research that so many Canadians rely on.
