Life is hard. Running is my outlet and tunnel for processing pain and emotions. It’s allowed me to feel everything and ground my own mental health through dark times and in times of joy. My family’s dear friend, struggled with mental health in a way that couldn’t be saved. He was an athlete and partly inspired my journey to endurance running. So this October, I run for me and I run to honour him by raising funds for CAMH. I’m turning my mental outlet into action—and owning it—to help make better mental health care a reality for everyone. Please make a donation or share to help me achieve my goal. Thank you!
I’m so proud of you to honour Nick with your challenging run. Thank you❤️
