In 1996 my brother Carey died by suicide after years of living with anxiety and depression. Back then, the world didn't talk about mental illness the way we do today. There was far less understanding, more stigma, and far fewer conversations about getting help. I've often wondered how different his life might have been if he'd had access to the support and treatment that exist today.
Our family has been raising money for CAMH in Carey's memory since his death because we want more people to get that chance. Every dollar helps fund research, treatment, education, and advocacy that can change—and save—lives.

Donate in honour of my Mom's 80th!
Wednesday 8th Jul A few weeks ago, we celebrated my mom's 80th birthday surrounded by family and friends. It was one of those rare days where you look around the room and realize just how many lives one person has touched. Through every joy and every unimaginable loss—including the death of Carey—she has somehow kept putting one foot in front of the other with grace, resilience, and more strength than I can describe.
