Endure & Overcome

By Endure & Overcome

We all face moments where the weight we carry feels too heavy to bear. Mental health isn’t an abstract concept, it is a daily, deeply personal battle fought in the quiet spaces of our minds.

This August, I am pushing my limits for a massive, single-day endurance ride across Ontario. This isn't just a physical test of distance; it is a mission to turn personal pain into powerful purpose. I am riding to raise crucial funds and awareness for suicide prevention and mental health.

On a bicycle, when you hit a grueling climb and your legs are burning, you learn exactly what it takes to survive. You lock your eyes forward, trust your inner compass, and keep moving. That is the exact message I want to send to anyone navigating the dark right now: no matter how heavy the road gets, you have the strength to make it through.

Every dollar raised here goes directly to CAMH to fund life-saving research, crisis resources, and support systems for those who need them most.

My bike for this journey is named Zaya. Together, we are taking on the streets to prove that we can break the silence, fight the stigma, and help each other survive.

We don't just weather the storm. We Endure & Overcome.

Thank you for backing this ride, sharing this page, and standing with me in this fight.
